Our whistleblowing system
Compliance with legal regulations and internal rules is a top priority at Volkswagen Group IT Solutions GmbH. The success of our company is based on integrity and compliance. In order to live up to this claim, it is important to learn about possible misconduct by employees and to prevent it. We have therefore commissioned the "Central Compliance Office to operate an independent, impartial and confidential whistleblowing system for us.
The qualified and experienced employees of the Central Compliance Office thoroughly examine every report and follow up on it systematically.
An important pillar of our whistleblowing system is the principle of a fair trial. It guarantees the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, affected persons and employees who are involved in the investigation of reported misconduct.
This also means that we offer options for anonymous reporting and communication. We undertake not to take any measures to identify anonymous whistleblowers who do not abuse our whistleblowing system. Discrimination against whistleblowers and all persons contributing to investigations at Volkswagen Group IT Solutions GmbH will not be tolerated. The persons concerned shall enjoy the presumption of innocence until proven to have been breached. The investigations shall be carried out with the utmost confidentiality.
